About this Benefit

This is a great introductory 1.5 hour group lesson to �??get your feet wet!�?� You'll be in a small group with other adults. We start you off in the rock pool, familiarising you with your equipment and learning to paddle, turn whilst sitting and lying and eskimo rolls. It's a great confidence builder before hitting the real stuff! Then it's off to the beach. We then get into the fun part of catching broken waves (or in plain English- the white foamy stuff) standing and riding to the beach. Course content includes: Reading surf conditions and identifying dangerous situations Paddling Stretching Wave zone negotiation Catching broken waves Wiping out safely Sun smart behaviour What better place to learn to surf in Sydney too, than Cronulla beach.
