Get out on the water and see St Kilda's vibrant cityscape during this kayaking tour. Set up with all the equipment and guidance, you'll glide along this lively coastal down and pass by yachts, ferries and wildlife.

Your adventure begins with a short discussion on the format for the day, including the distance expected to paddle and weather conditions. You are then kitted up with a PFD, spray deck, paddle jacket, thermals and a paddle before the all important kayak safety briefing including a dry capsize drill. Most sea kayaks are double sea kayaks with a couple of single kayaks available for the more experienced paddlers in the group.

Depending on the wind direction, the group will either paddle towards Port Melbourne or Elwood. You will hear people playing drums, you will see yachts, kiteboards, and views across the bay to Williamstown, Port Melbourne and Melbourne City. You may even see birdlife such as penguins, swans and pelicans along the St Kilda break water. Snacks (fruit) and drinks are provided on the beach at either Middle Park or Elwood.
