On Day 1, begin with a classroom session to learn the theory of freediving with breathwork and mediation workshops. Then, it’s time to put what you’ve learnt into practice with a pool session as you try out a static breath hold, duck dives, turns and pool rescue drills. On Day 2, leave the classroom behind on a half day expedition in the open waters of The Whitsundays. Today, you will aim to dive to a minimum depth of 10m and explore the natural wildlife on multiple free immersion dives to cement your freediving skills.

This learn to freedive course is well structured with equal parts education and adventure.
